Authenticity
We honor our Korean roots and work with integrity.
It's more than a
name.
The bb.q in our name stands for “Best of the Best Quality,” and that is exactly what you can expect at every one of our restaurants.
Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than any you've tried before, and our original sauces offer an exciting mix of unique flavors.
Every dish brings together a long Korean tradition and modern research and development at our own Chicken University. It takes an extraordinary amount of work, but you can taste why from the first bite.

In 1995, our chairman Yoon Hong-guen founded bb.q Chicken in Seoul, South Korea, with a simple mission: to serve the world's most delicious, highest-quality Korean fried chicken. Today, bb.q operates thousands of restaurants around the world.
Our secret is simple: we are passionate about chicken and passionate about Korea. We established Chicken University in Seoul to stay at the forefront of flavor and quality, ensuring every guest enjoys an authentic, outstanding dining experience.

We honor our Korean roots and work with integrity.

We care about every detail because our name stands behind our work.

We continuously improve flavors, processes, and experiences.

Consistency is non-negotiable, from the kitchen to service.
